These Terms of Service govern your use of Used iPhone Inspector, provided by Bulpara Teknoloji Limited Sirketi.

1. What the App Does

Used iPhone Inspector provides guided inspection tools, OCR-assisted data capture, local report generation, and buyer-facing summaries for used iPhones.

The app is an inspection aid. It is not a warranty, certification, title check, blacklist registry, financing lookup, carrier guarantee, or legal proof of ownership.

2. No Guarantee of Device Legitimacy

The app cannot guarantee that a device is free of:

Some trust checks require seller cooperation, network access, or third-party data sources that may be unavailable or disabled.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying seller claims, reviewing device settings directly, checking ownership and account removal status, confirming external risk factors such as blacklist, financing, or carrier lock when needed, and deciding whether to buy, sell, repair, or accept a device.

You should not rely on the app as your sole basis for a purchase decision.

4. OCR and Inspection Accuracy

OCR results, hardware checks, and generated verdicts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by lighting conditions, screen readability, user input quality, device damage, unsupported hardware states, permission restrictions, or operating system limitations.

You should review all extracted values and inspection notes before acting on them.

5. Exports and Shared Reports

Reports generated by the app are provided for convenience. They are summaries of local inspection data and do not constitute certified diagnostics, legal records, or official Apple documentation.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are offered through Apple in-app subscriptions. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are governed by Apple's terms and platform rules.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful activity, to misrepresent a device's condition or legitimacy, to create deceptive reports, or to reverse engineer or misuse the service beyond applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulpara is not liable for any loss, damage, purchase dispute, missed defect, valuation error, or business interruption arising from use of the app or reliance on its results.

9. Changes to the Service

Bulpara may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including optional integrations, pricing, free-tier limits, and export capabilities.
